I’m Thankful To Be Able To Give Back: On Helping To Teach Musicians To Be Better Humans!

Front page. Centrefold. The way it should be. FACT: Musician’s tend to lead shitty lifestyles. I’m here to help! My article for Canadian Musician’s November/December Issue has been out now for a little while and I’m very excited to see how well it’s received. Listen, if you’re a musician, please contact me! I want to add years to your career. And I have the tools to do so.

My goal when speaking with the magazine, editor Andrew King specifically, was to help inform musicians and music industry members about the common issues I see, as the health ambassador to the music scene and present some proven solutions.

I’m the guy that wrote the book on how to survive the rock star lifestyle, and it’s my mission to help as many industry pros that are dealing with these ailments in movement, nutrition and stress management as I can. Especially when we start to see and feel a sub-par performance.

So, to my American readers, happy Thanksgiving weekend. Please consider spreading the news that I’m out to tear it up and help anyone combat the wear-and-tear of the rock star lifestyle! Here’s the link to pick it up.

Remember, you don’t have to be a rock star to start, but you have to start in order to become a rock star.

Stay sweet!
