Cinnamon Coconut Coffee Breakfast Latte

This one’s for all you coffee lovers out there. Quick little breakfast for the days you need to be somewhere quick! Don’t forget about yourself though. This latte has a little kick, some good weight loss benefits and is packed with nutrients. A great little wake up and go kinda thing! Here’s what you need:

Blender (‘Cause it’d take forever to whip this up with a spoon, even if you’re Batman)

1 cup coffee

1 cup almond/cashew milk

1 tsp coconut butter

1 tsp cinnamon

1 scoop Vega one nutritional shake powder (vanilla flavour goes well)

a few ice cubes (optional)

1 tsp of peanut butter if you’re really dangerous (optional)


Watchu Gotta Do!

Melt the coconut butter in your coffee first and throw it all in a blender and press go. Add the ice if you’re feeling a little more chill, and the PB will thicken things up too! The reason we throw the cinnamon in is because it’s a natural thermogenic, meaning it’s going to make you burn more calories. It’ll heat you up. Plus it’s amazing and seasonal for the fall flavours! The coconut butter will slow the effect of the caffeine in the coffee so you won’t experience a rough caffeine crash, the vega has a ton of health benefits and will give you your daily serving of greens and extra nutrients and the almond/cashew milk adds a great flavour that you’ll like a latte. Hahahaha!
