25 Jump Squats

15 TRX Horizontal Rows

15 Explosive Push-Ups

5 Man Makers

5 Burpees

1 minute plank

1 minute sprint (bike, run, row) 

Remember, you don’t have to bebabrock star to start, but you have to start in order to become that rock star.
