Regardless of the pillar of health, be it movement, nutrition or mindset – accountability is key. I’ve adopted a principle from Dr. John Berardi of Precision Nutrition that really puts the onus on you, the client. And that, is a very good thing.
We can’t manage what we fail to track, so write things down. Having problems losing body fat? Track your workouts and track your meals. You’ll likely be surprised, but I bet it’ll become clear why that waistline isn’t shrinking…

I am now accepting 4 new online athletes and if you’re in Calgary, my HQ is just amidst a facelift and will be ready to go by September 5th. I’m very excited.
