Being a musician is not for the faint of heart. I have a lot more respect having being in these shoes for so long myself. As an outsider now as the “Health & Performance Specialist”, I can see exactly how valuable my involvement of this tour with Matt Blais and The Heartbeat is. The guys have all made great progress in their own regard, but what I have noticed stems far beyond the physical changes and tangible results of eating well, drinking less and being more active on the road. What I am excited about is the willingness to change lifestyle habits I have seen from the guys.

I thought I would see far more resistance to change, but instead I have been fielding questions all tour so far. Everything from nutrition to exercises to help recover from old strained injuries. The content I am videoing is great, and I wish I had more opportunity to piece together my mini movies to address the concerns of the tour life, but rest assured the wait will be well worth it.
