It’s interesting to think that folks actually read my thoughts described in this blog.
Today I’m going to speak on a typical mindset obstacle: readiness for change.
I’m going to use a couple personal examples to verbalize this theory of one not being able to make necessary changes in life if they’re not solely committed to make those said changes. No one and nothing around you will help you. You need to pony up.
How does one become a faster skater? Well, you skate more. Duh.
How does one secure a kiss at midnight on NYE?
Well, you make sure your prospective date understands how she is the first thing on your mind when you wake up and the last thing on your mind when you fall asleep. Duh.
Easier said than done? Yeah. Duh.
If it were easy to replace habits we wouldn’t find ourselves getting wrapped up in it all.
If you want change, go out and get in.
